One desk for the whole tea range

39 lines

Most tea buyers start with one category and outgrow their supplier list: a bubble-tea brand that needs a stronger CTC base also wants jasmine for scent-forward SKUs; a retail chain that sells Longjing gets asked for white tea and herbal blends. Running each category through a different supplier means different MOQ rules, different label standards and no single lot record.

This desk keeps the range in one place: green teas from Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui plus Japanese steamed styles, oolongs from Anxi, the Wuyi mountains and Chaozhou, black teas from Keemun, Tongmu and Yunnan with Assam and Ceylon for blending, white teas from Fuding, pu-erh from Yunnan, herbal and barley teas, and packing formats from loose leaf to pyramid bags. One spec sheet, one lot record, one person accountable per program.

Programs by audience

who we supply

The same tea sells differently across channels. These are the programs we build most often, each with the formats and documents that channel needs.

CS-04

Origins, not a warehouse

Zhejiang to Yunnan

China grew into the world's largest tea exporter on volume: around 374,000 tonnes left the country in 2024, close to 80% of it green tea, at an average near 3.5 dollars per kilogram. That volume system is built for bulk, not for a brand that needs a specific roast, harvest window or label. The desk works the other way: we shortlist gardens and packing facilities per program - Anxi for Tieguanyin, Wuyi for rock oolongs, Fuding for white tea, Hangzhou for Longjing, Yunnan for pu-erh and Dianhong - and match the lot to your cup profile, not the other way around. See the origin network.

CS-05

Cupped, then tested

five factors

Quality control here is boring on purpose. Samples are cupped side by side against the reference - dry leaf, liquor, aroma, taste, wet leaf - before anything ships. Lab panels for pesticide residues, heavy metals and microbiology go to third-party laboratories per batch, with reports issued in your name. EU MRL work follows Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as amended; organic claims follow the certificate chain, not the brochure. Read quality control and certifications.

CS-06

Private label without the mystery

MOQ in writing

Private label is mostly packaging decisions made early: foil versus tin, pyramid versus flat bag, your artwork on a carton that survives sea freight. Typical reference ranges: bulk loose leaf from 50-100 kg per line, packed private label from about 100-300 kg or 5,000-20,000 bags, pyramid filling at ten-thousand-bag scale. Everything is confirmed in writing before the deposit. Details on private label and MOQ and lead time.

CS-07

How a program runs

brief to carton

The desk runs programs on a fixed spine: brief to spec sheet, spec sheet to samples, samples cupped and adjusted, golden sample locked, bulk produced against it, inspection before packing, freight and documents to your door. When something changes - a harvest runs late, a certificate needs renewing - you hear it from us with options, not from a customs broker. The full sequence is on procurement process.

CS-08

A market that keeps moving

reports, not hype

Industry reports put the global tea market around 69.5 billion US dollars in 2025, growing near 6.5% a year, with bubble tea, matcha and organic lines growing faster than the average (Grand View Research). Growth is not automatic for every seller - it rewards whoever can hold a cup profile steady while formats and labels change. That is the job this desk is set up for. Start with solutions by audience or send the brief straight to the quote form.

Send the teas you need, your market and a quantity per item. The desk replies in writing with a sample plan, pack options and the reference MOQ.
