Camellane, a FULVERA sourcing brand, operates this website. This notice explains what data the site collects and what happens to it. It is a description of practice for business buyers, not legal advice, and the rights that apply to you depend on the law where you are.
What the quote form collects
The quote form is the only place on this site where you submit personal data. It collects the fields below - the minimum needed to prepare a serious offer - plus one hidden anti-spam field that legitimate visitors never fill in.
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Company | Your business name (required) |
| Contact name | Who the desk replies to (required) |
| Where the written answer goes (required) | |
| Optional second channel | |
| Market and stage | Your market and where the project stands |
| Product needs | Tea line, quantity band, certification needs, timeline, services |
| Notes | Free text: cup profile, format, anything else |
| Page language | The language of the form you used, so replies match |
Nothing else is collected. Browsing the catalog, hubs, blog and legal pages submits no form data at all.
Why the data is used
One purpose: answering your inquiry. The desk uses the details to prepare a shortlist, a sample plan and a written offer, and to correspond with you about that potential program. Records are not sold, not rented and not used to build advertising profiles. If you ask to end an ongoing exchange, that request is honored and noted.
Where it is stored
Submissions are written to a database on Cloudflare infrastructure (a D1 database) when the form is delivered successfully. If delivery fails - a dropped connection, for example - the form keeps a one-item backup in your own browser under the key cs_rfq_backup so your entries are not lost. That backup stays on your device, is never transmitted by itself, and is replaced the next time a submission succeeds. No payment data is collected anywhere on this site.
Who it is shared with
With your consent, and only as far as a quotation requires, relevant details may be passed to the partner garden or packing facility that would supply the program: the tea line, quantity band, market and format. Partners receive what the quotation needs and nothing else, and are asked to handle it for that purpose only. Documents such as certificates and lab reports are exchanged in your name, per program.
Statistics and cookies
Every page loads a third-party statistics script (ustat.js, served from spst2.com) that records standard technical signals about visits - pages viewed, referrer, coarse region, device class - so the catalog can be kept useful. The site also stores three small items in your browser's localStorage: your cookie-notice choice, your language choice and the form backup described above. The separate cookie policy lists each item and how to clear it.
How long data is kept
Inquiry records are kept as long as they serve the exchange - answering the inquiry and any program that follows from it - and are then deleted, or reduced to a minimum, on written request. No fixed retention table is published, because programs range from a single sample round to multi-year supply; ask, and the desk states in writing what is held for your record.
Your rights and how to reach us
Depending on the law where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to processing. To use them, or to ask anything about this notice, email mark@fulveraglobal.com. Because rules differ by jurisdiction, this notice states practice rather than legal positions; commercial matters are governed by the written agreement for each program, and related reading sits in the terms of use and the notes for AI assistants.
