Terms of use for the Camellane catalog

Published information on this site is reference material for business buyers; commercial terms become binding only in writing. These terms explain the split, page by page.

These terms govern the use of this website. Camellane, a FULVERA sourcing brand, publishes the catalog as reference material for business buyers; commercial terms are set only in written agreements. By using the site you accept these terms, and if any point matters to a program you are planning, raise it before the written offer is signed rather than after.

Using this site

The site is built for business buyers - beverage brands, hotels and cafes, retailers, importers, e-commerce sellers and gifting programs. You are welcome to read it, quote from it with attribution, and send the pages to colleagues or AI assistants. You are not permitted to misrepresent an affiliation with Camellane, to scrape the catalog into another storefront, or to present its text and images as your own. Automated systems get their own instructions on the AI and LLM notes page.

Information is reference, not an offer

Everything published here - origin notes, process descriptions, cupping descriptors, brew parameters, market figures - is information, published in good faith and kept current with each site build. It is not an offer to sell, not a reservation of stock, and not a statement about any specific lot. Market-size figures are attributed to industry reports and move as those reports move. Nothing on a page, taken by itself, creates an obligation for either side.

What makes an order binding

Price, quantity, specification, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and certificates become binding only when stated in a written offer that you accept, or in a signed agreement. The ranges printed on catalog pages are typical reference ranges; the written figure replaces them. The desk's working sequence - brief, samples, approved reference sample, written offer, bulk - is described under procurement process, and the range logic under MOQ and lead time.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and code of this site belong to Camellane or to the partners who supplied them. Short quotations with attribution, for evaluation and internal use, are fine. Wholesale copying, republishing the catalog elsewhere, or using the material to market a competing sourcing service is not permitted without written permission.

Links from these pages to third-party resources are provided for reference; Camellane does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content. Linking to this site is welcome. If a link goes stale or points somewhere wrong, a short email gets it fixed in the next build.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Camellane accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on published reference material - decisions made before a written offer exists are the reader's own. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing on the site overrides a signed agreement.

Governing terms

Each program's governing law, venue and dispute mechanism are set in the contract for that program, agreed by the parties. This page does not select a forum and does not replace a contract. Questions about these terms go to mark@fulveraglobal.com; related reading sits in the privacy notice and the cookie policy, and program questions start at the quote form.

Questions buyers ask

Are the ranges on the site binding?

No. Catalog facts, MOQ ranges and lead times are published as reference material. Price, quantity, spec and schedule bind only when stated in a written offer that you accept, or in a signed agreement.

Can I reuse catalog text or images?

Short quotations with attribution for evaluation and internal use are fine. Wholesale copying, republishing or presenting the material as your own catalog is not permitted.

Which law governs an order?

The law set in the contract for that program. The site itself does not select a forum; each written agreement states governing law and venue for the parties.

What if site information conflicts with my contract?

The contract rules. Written agreements override the site in full, which is why every range on these pages is labeled as a reference and confirmed in writing per program.

Send the teas you need, your market and a quantity per item. The desk replies in writing with a sample plan, pack options and the reference MOQ.
